GetEuphoric is a browser extension that displays a native ETH chart overlay on supported trading websites.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or sell personal data such as names, email addresses, passwords, payment information, health data, location data, or personal communications.

The extension stores a limited set of preferences locally in the user's browser using Chrome storage. This may include:

• selected timeframe
• overlay mode
• zoom level
• toolbar state
• manually added price levels
• basic chart display preferences

This information stays on the user's device and is not transmitted to us.

2. Remote Data Access

The extension requests public market data from third-party services in order to display the ETH chart and live updates. These services currently include:

• Binance market data endpoints
• OKX market data endpoints

This data is public market information and is used only to render the chart inside the extension.

3. How We Use Information

The extension uses locally stored preferences only to:

• restore the user's chart settings between sessions
• preserve manual levels and overlay configuration
• improve usability of the chart overlay

We do not use user data for advertising, profiling, analytics, credit scoring, or lending-related purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share user data with third parties except as required to access public market data endpoints that power the chart functionality.

We do not transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose.

5. User Activity and Website Content

The extension overlays supported websites to display chart information, but it is not designed to collect browsing history, keystrokes, personal messages, or page content for external processing.

6. Data Retention

Locally stored preferences remain in the browser until the user clears extension storage, removes the extension, or changes the settings.

7. Security

We aim to keep the extension minimal and only request permissions necessary for the chart overlay and local preference storage.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the extension's functionality or Chrome Web Store requirements. The latest version will always be the current published version.
